Here are some of the top things convention attendees need to know about:
NFDA specifically selects convention facilities fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities ACT. (ADA): If you require special assistance while attending the Convention, please visit your hotel registration desk or the NFDA Registration Desk at the Pennsylvania Convention Center.

ATMs in the Pennsylvania Convention Center are located on the 100 Level in the Broad Street Atrium and near room 109A, and on the 200 Level near the Business Center and PCC Gift Shop.
NFDA encourages business or business-casual attire for general daytime events. The dress code for specific special events is as follows:
- Welcome Party: business casual
- All-Star Recognition Ceremony: business attire (photographs of recipients will be taken for use in publications)
- Comic Relief – A New Twist on the “Political Party”: business Casual
FedEx Office Print & Ship Center in the Pennsylvania Convention Center.The is open 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. weekdays and on weekends during show hours. It is located on the 200 level between Exhibit Halls B & C.

Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the Pennsylvania Convention Center.
NFDA endorses and enforces responsible drinking policies for all convention attendees. No one under 21 years of age or those appearing intoxicated will be served alcohol during any NFDA function.
Professional photographers will be out and about taking great photos of you and your fellow attendees enjoying this year's convention. New this year, you may download as many photos as you like - for free! - from the convention photo website: nfda.org/phillyphotos. Download, share on social media (#NFDA2016), and even order prints right from your smartphone.
The Tuesday night Funeral Directors Under 40 Party and Wednesday Comic Relief – A New Twist on the “Political Party” are ticketed events. Tickets are available for purchase at NFDA Registration, located in the Broad Street Atrium on the 100 Level of the Pennsylvania Convention Center.
Lost and found items can be brought to NFDA Registration.
Ensure you’ll always have access to all the convention has to offer by wearing your official NFDA convention name badge to all events! It is the sole verification of your registration.
Do you have a full convention registration? Congratulations – you have access to it all! Your badge will grant you admittance to NFDA general sessions, all workshops, the Welcome Party, All-Star Recognition Ceremony, Service of Remembrance and the world’s largest funeral service expo throughout the entire convention. Note: Tickets for the Tuesday night Funeral Directors Under 40 Party and Wednesday’s Comic Relief – A New Twist on the “Political Party” can be purchased at NFDA registration.

All Badges are non-transferable.
Attendees who lose their badge must pay a $70-per-badge fee to obtain a replacement at NFDA Registration. If you find a badge, please help one of your professional peers by returning it to NFDA Registration, located in the Pennsylvania Convention Center, Broad Street Atrium. You must complete the emergency information on the back of your badge!
Loaning name badges to other attendees in order to gain admission to general sessions, workshops and the NFDA Expo is prohibited. Violation will result in revocation of the registrant’s badge and subsequent inability to attend convention events. Sharing badges results in inaccurate continuing education credit reporting.
Taxi Staging area at the Pennsylvania Convention Center is designated at 12th & Arch Streets under the tunnel.
