    <title>UAHT Funeral Service Program Celebrates 30 Years </title>
    <link>https://convention.nfda.org/news/in-the-news/members-in-the-news/id/10104/uaht-funeral-service-program-celebrates-30-years</link>
    <description>As the University of Arkansas Hope-Texarkana (UAHT) celebrates 60 years of service to students and the community, one of its most distinctive programs is marking a milestone of its own. This year, the UAHT funeral service program is celebrating 30 years of preparing funeral directors and embalmers to serve families in Arkansas and beyond.

What began as a need in Arkansas has grown into a respected, fully accredited program with national impact. Thirty years ago, Arkansas had no in-state college offering a degree in funeral service. Students who wanted to enter the profession had to travel out of state to complete their education. The state even offered scholarships to help offset the burden.

In 1995, UAHT began exploring what it would take to bring a funeral service program to Arkansas. Bobby Taylor, vice chancellor for academics at the time, led the effort to research requirements and implement the program. From the start of classes in 1996, the goal has been simple: Give Arkansas students the opportunity to train close to home and strengthen the funeral service workforce in the region.

The program&amp;rsquo;s early days were modest. Its first home was a single classroom with one casket. Over time, it expanded into its own wing of the UAHT administrative complex, which now includes a merchandising room and restorative-art lab. As accreditation standards evolved, a mock prep room was added to meet new requirements, as well. Each advancement reflects the program&amp;rsquo;s commitment to keeping pace with professional expectations.

In 1997, the program earned full accreditation from the American Board of Funeral Service Education (ABFSE). By meeting strict standards and maintaining pass rates above required thresholds, UAHT has maintained continuous accreditation ever since. This consistency remains one of the program&amp;rsquo;s proudest accomplishments.

To date, more than 268 students have graduated with funeral service degrees or certificates from UAHT. Last year, the program had an 81% graduation rate and a 100% overall employment rate &amp;ndash; a clear sign that its graduates are prepared and in demand.

The Associate of Applied Science in Funeral Service degree is a 60-credit-hour distance-learning program designed to prepare students for the funeral service profession. But technical skills are only part of the training. As Brad Sheppard, UAHT funeral service program director, explained, the program focuses on not just competence but also compassion. Graduates leave with the skills and the heart to care for families during life&amp;rsquo;s most difficult moments.

Karen Davis, UAHT dean of health professions and the original program director, echoed this perspective. From the beginning, the curriculum has emphasized both the care of the deceased and the care of the bereaved.

Over the past three decades, the funeral service profession has changed significantly, and the UAHT program has adapted alongside it. ABFSE provides curriculum guidelines and oversight to ensure programs meet national standards. Within those standards, UAHT has evolved to reflect major shifts. The cremation rate, for example, now exceeds 60% nationwide. In response, coursework has expanded to include cremation practices and newer disposition options, such as alkaline hydrolysis and human composting. Students also learn how technologies such as those that facilitate livestreaming and digital communication with families play a growing role in funeral service.

One of the biggest shifts in the program&amp;rsquo;s history came in 2022, when it transitioned to a fully online format. Moving from face-to-face instruction to entirely online delivery opened the door to students who could not relocate or leave full-time jobs.

For Davis, who joined UAHT as the funeral service program director in 1997, the move marked a major evolution. For Sheppard, it represents access and opportunity. The online format allows students to remain rooted in their community while pursuing a career in funeral service.

Enrollment has remained steady through the years, with noticeable growth since the move online. The flexibility has attracted a wider range of students and strengthened the program&amp;rsquo;s reach.

As the program has expanded online, its ties to the local funeral service community have remained strong. An advisory committee made up of local funeral service practitioners provides guidance and ongoing input. Students complete hands-on training in funeral homes so they can gain real-world experience while serving families. Many graduates later return to work in those same communities.

Additionally, partnerships have enriched the learning experience. Through valued relationships with Texarkana funeral homes, students are able to tour facilities, observe cremations and participate in mock funeral services at local churches. These experiences connect classroom learning with professional practice in meaningful ways.

For Davis, the 30-year anniversary is deeply personal. She taught members of the program&amp;rsquo;s second graduating class and has seen every class since. &amp;ldquo;It is rewarding for me to see the positive changes and improvements we have made over the years,&amp;rdquo; she said, noting the pride she feels knowing she has helped provide the profession with well-trained graduates.

Sheppard shares the same sense of pride. He said the milestone feels both humbling and meaningful when he considers the students he has taught, the careers they have built and the families they have served. According to him, witnessing the program&amp;rsquo;s long-term impact has been one of the greatest rewards of his career.

Looking forward, both Davis and Sheppard hope the program continues to evolve. They want the online format to expand its reach even further and the curriculum to remain current. More than anything, they hope UAHT continues to be known not only for educational excellence but also for its preparation of compassionate professionals who are ready to step into their local funeral homes and serve immediately.

Thirty years after filling a critical gap in Arkansas education, the UAHT funeral service program continues to shape the profession one graduate at a time. UAHT.edu/Funeral-Service.php

    <title>ICFSEB Elects Howard as President, Presents Spann with Inaugural Partners in Professionalism Award</title>
    <link>https://convention.nfda.org/news/in-the-news/members-in-the-news/id/10103/icfseb-elects-howard-as-president-presents-spann-with-inaugural-partners-in-professionalism-award</link>
    <description>Chris Howard was elected president of The International Conference of Funeral Service Examining Boards (ICFSEB) during its 122nd Annual Meeting. Held February 24-26 at the Seelbach Hilton in Louisville, Kentucky, the meeting focused on funeral service regulation and public protection. More than 100 funeral service regulators and educators from 32 different states and provinces across the U.S. and Canada attended.

Howard&amp;rsquo;s commitment to public service began early, during his time as a volunteer firefighter and emergency medical technician for Howard County, Missouri. He earned his mortuary science degree from Kansas City Kansas Community College and achieved his dream of owning a funeral home after 13 years in the profession.

Howard has served as a board member of the Boonville Chamber of Commerce and became the acting coroner of Cooper County in 2024. He currently serves on the Missouri Board of Embalmers; he was appointed as vice chairman in April 2023. He joined the ICFSEB board in 2025.

The ICFSEB Annual Meeting provides a valuable opportunity for those interested in furthering funeral service regulation to exchange information, problem-
solving strategies and goals for the future of the profession. The 123rd Annual Meeting will be held February 23-25, 2027, at the Sonesta Resort in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.

In other news, ICFSEB selected Bobby Steven Spann, president of John A. Gupton College and NFDA board member, as the recipient of its inaugural Partners in Professionalism Award for his thoughtful advocacy on behalf of the funeral service profession. The award recognizes individuals who demonstrate exceptional dedication to advancing the funeral service profession. Spann&amp;rsquo;s work exemplifies these values by reinforcing the importance of unity across education, examination, regulation and practice.

Spann was selected for this honor following the publication of an article he wrote in the Tennessee Funeral Directors Association magazine. In the article, he offered a comprehensive defense of the integrity of the National Board Exam and addressed broader workforce challenges facing funeral service. He also addressed common misconceptions surrounding funeral service education and licensure exams. He detailed the data-driven process behind the exam&amp;rsquo;s development, including its reliance on subject-matter experts and validated testing standards.

Furthermore, Spann encouraged licensed professionals to look for ways to implement universal licensure or reciprocity while maintaining standards that protect the public and uphold professional competency. &amp;nbsp;TheConferenceOnline.org&amp;nbsp;

A graduate of the Dallas Institute of Funeral Service, he gained his hands-on experience at Combest Family Funeral Homes &amp;amp; Crematory.

Legacy Funeral Group also hired Cassie Flanner as its training and development coach. To this role, she brings more than two decades of funeral service experience. <title>Carella Named General Manager by Mangano Family Funeral Homes</title>
    <link>https://convention.nfda.org/news/in-the-news/members-in-the-news/id/10097/carella-named-general-manager-by-mangano-family-funeral-homes</link>
    <description>Mangano Family Funeral Homes Inc. (Deer Park) recently named Dominic Carella general manager of its funeral homes in Deer Park, Middle Island, and Riverhead. Having served communities as a licensed funeral director for more than 30 years, Carella has extensive experience in the profession.

Carella began his career at the age of 16 at his uncle&amp;rsquo;s funeral home, where he greeted guests and assisted with funeral operations. There, he learned how a family business is run and the positive impact that funeral directors can have on people&amp;rsquo;s lives. His desire to serve families followed him to the American Academy McAllister Institute of Funeral Service, where he earned his associate degree in mortuary science and embalming in 1987. He attained his license the following year.

During his career, Carella has worked at Gutterman&amp;rsquo;s, D&amp;rsquo;Esopo Funeral Chapel and Frank E. Campbell &amp;ndash; The Funeral Chapel. Carella was the first funeral director called to ground zero after the September 11 terrorist attacks, and his team provided care for 75 families that lost loved ones during the tragic events of that fateful day. He handled the arrangements for Father Mychal Judge, chaplain of the New York City Fire Department and the first certified fatality of the 9/11 attacks. Judge was killed in the north-tower lobby while praying for victims and aiding rescuers.

Said Carella about his new opportunity: &amp;ldquo;I am grateful to be a part of the Mangano Family Funeral Home team. The Mangano family has been providing compassionate funeral home services for over 115 years. They truly are a legacy in the business and, more importantly, an integral part of the local communities they serve.&amp;rdquo;

Sal Mangano, president of Mangano Family Funeral Homes, said, &amp;ldquo;Dominic&amp;rsquo;s leadership and history in family-run funeral home administration and guiding families through end-of-life services with professionalism and compassion have made an immediate impact on our three locations. We are so fortunate to have someone of his caliber and experience working with us.&amp;rdquo; ManganoFH.com

    <description>Milestone Funeral Partners (Auburn) recently expanded its partnership with Chptr by introducing the latter&amp;rsquo;s suite of digital memorial tools across its network of funeral homes. This includes televised death notices, social media remembrances, professionally produced keepsake videos and memorial slideshows. With Chptr&amp;rsquo;s broadcast model, these announcements can be shared through trusted local news outlets, ensuring communities remain informed while honoring those who died.

This past year, Milestone Funeral Partners launched a pilot program that introduced Chptr broadcasts to its central New York market via a widely received local news station. The response from funeral directors was overwhelmingly positive. Many wholeheartedly embraced the opportunity to bring an additional meaningful offering to the families they support.

&amp;ldquo;Our funeral professionals are eager to have new tools to help their families and their communities tell life stories,&amp;rdquo; said Michael Martel, CEO of Milestone Funeral Partners. &amp;ldquo;The Chptr partnership enables them to do so in a thoughtful new way.&amp;rdquo; MilestoneFuneralPartners.com

    <title>THE CONFERENCE HOSTS 122ND ANNUAL MEETING</title>
    <link>https://convention.nfda.org/news/in-the-news/members-in-the-news/id/10060/the-conference-hosts-122nd-annual-meeting</link>
    <description>Funeral service professionals from the United States and Canada convened in Louisville, Kentucky, February 24-26 for the 122nd Annual Meeting of the International Conference of Funeral Service Examining Boards (ICFSEB).

The meeting took place at the Seelbach Hilton and focused on timely regulatory trends and innovations within the profession. The Conference hosted more than 100 attendees from 32 states and provinces.

The first day featured premeeting sessions, including Regulatory Board Service 101 &amp;ndash; led by Dale Atkinson, ICFSEB legal counsel &amp;ndash; and the Administrators Forum for all board administrators and staff in attendance.

ICFSEB President Karen Carruthers officially opened the Annual Meeting with a delegate roll call, committee reports and board nominations.

The voting delegates approved revisions to the Conference&amp;rsquo;s Model Application and voted to adopt the Election Procedures Policy.

Six candidates ran for the board of directors. The delegate assembly elected three of them to the ICFSEB Board of Directors.

Amy Acord Elston (North Carolina) and Jonathan Rideout (Kentucky) were elected to their first terms on the board. Mark Evely (Michigan) was elected to serve his first three-year term after being appointed to the board to fill a vacancy in August 2025.

At the awards banquet, Jon Rettig Sr. (Ohio) and R. DeMale Bowden Jr. (Louisiana) were honored for their service on the board. Bobby Steven Spann, president of John A. Gupton College, was given the Partners in Professionalism Award for his article advocating for professional standards and the National Board Exam in the Tennessee Funeral Directors Association newsletter.

The opening presentation featured a panel with prominent figures of Colorado&amp;rsquo;s funeral service regulation overhaul. Alongside Sam Delp and Katie O&amp;rsquo;Donnell of the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies, Brian Tobias &amp;ndash; the director of Colorado&amp;rsquo;s Office of Policy, Research, and Regulatory Reform &amp;ndash; detailed the state&amp;rsquo;s upcoming licensure requirements.

Following the opening panel, Evely gave an interactive presentation on the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Funeral Rule. Attendees were able to scan a QR code and join a live quiz with various scenarios related to the Funeral Rule.

Harry Samit, director of special investigations at Pearson, gave an insightful presentation on the
ever-evolving innovations in cheating on high-stakes licensure exams. And Atkinson concluded the
opening-day slate with an informative talk on titles and scope of practice within the funeral service profession.

The newly announced board of directors elected Chris Howard (Missouri) to serve as president and Kortney Adams (Nova Scotia) to serve as vice president. Matalie Mickens (South Carolina) was designated as secretary/treasurer.

The majority of presentations were reserved for Thursday, and they covered a variety of important topics. Rideout and Sidney Fogle, executive director of the Funeral Directors Association of Kentucky, gave a passionate presentation on organ-procurement
developments in Kentucky.

Atkinson followed up with a discussion on recent regulatory cases impacting funeral service. The Conference staff gave its annual presentation on the state of the organization and its overall mission, including updates on exam development, membership benefits and candidate experience.

Bradley Guye, business development executive at Ethics &amp;amp; Boundaries Assessment Services, discussed partnering with licensing boards to offer ethics-based assessment programs and disciplinary frameworks. A second panel of regulators &amp;ndash; including Delp, Stephanie Gilman (New York) and Ben Parker (Michigan) &amp;ndash; talked about unique disciplinary cases within their respective jurisdictions.

To close, Bowden Jr. hosted the &amp;ldquo;Conference Fishbowl,&amp;rdquo; which got participants moving. He gave attendees five minutes to discuss a certain topic before having them alternate to discuss a new topic with different people.

&amp;ldquo;I very much enjoyed that there were some different formats, such as the panel discussions and the Fishbowl,&amp;rdquo; said Rick Walter of the Montana Board of Funeral Service. &amp;ldquo;The Fishbowl had some excellent questions that really got people thinking. I also thought that the FTC training was excellent.&amp;rdquo;

The Conference&amp;rsquo;s Annual Meeting provides a valuable opportunity for those interested in furthering funeral service regulation to exchange information, problem-solving strategies and goals for the future of the profession. The 123rd Annual Meeting will be held February 23-25, 2027, at the Sonesta Resort in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.

    <description>In 2026, Amigone Funeral Home Inc. (Buffalo) proudly celebrates its 100th anniversary, marking a century of service and dedication to families throughout western New York. Since its founding, Amigone Funeral Home has become one of the region&amp;rsquo;s most respected funeral home businesses, recognized for its commitment to thoughtful service, professionalism and compassionate care.

Amigone was founded by Daniel D. Amigone Sr. in 1926, and it remains proudly owned and operated by the third and fourth generations of the Amigone family. Over the years, the firm&amp;rsquo;s growth and reputation were strongly influenced by Anthony Amigone Sr., whose leadership and commitment helped build the company into the respected multilocation organization it is today.

&amp;ldquo;It&amp;rsquo;s hard to put into words what it means to reach 100 years as a family business,&amp;rdquo; said Anthony Amigone Jr. &amp;ldquo;This has been our family&amp;rsquo;s life&amp;rsquo;s work for a century, with each generation building on what came before. Much of Amigone&amp;rsquo;s growth and direction came from my father, Anthony Amigone Sr., whose dedication and values shaped the way we serve families today. With his recent passing, this centennial year holds even greater meaning. We are committed to honoring his legacy, and we are deeply grateful to our dedicated staff &amp;ndash; past and present &amp;ndash; who help carry that mission forward every day. We&amp;rsquo;re proud of our history and proud to continue serving this community for generations to come.&amp;rdquo;

&amp;ldquo;At the heart of our 100 years are the families we have been honored to serve,&amp;rdquo; said Vincent J. Amigone. &amp;ldquo;There is no greater privilege than being trusted during such personal and difficult moments. We are deeply thankful to the families who have placed their confidence in us, generation after generation. Their trust is what has shaped who we are and why we continue this work with care, humility and respect.&amp;rdquo;

Throughout 2026, Amigone Funeral Home will commemorate its century of service by honoring the generations of families that have placed their trust in the organization, the dedicated staff who have carried its mission forward and the community that has allowed the Amigone family to serve for 100 years. <title>Presidents Day Celebration- Sons of the American Revolution</title>
    <link>https://convention.nfda.org/news/in-the-news/members-in-the-news/id/10056/presidents-day-celebration-sons-of-the-american-revolution</link>
    <description>Over Presidents Day weekend, the Sons of Liberty Chapter (Los Angeles) of the Sons of the American Revolution celebrated General George Washington&amp;rsquo;s birthday and the United States armed forces with a Massing of the Colors and salute to the military. The event took place at the Hollywood Hills location of Forest Lawn Memorial-Parks &amp;amp; Mortuaries (Glendale) and featured a parade of approximately 70 color and honor guard units from local schools, ROTC units, military branches and historical societies, as well as representatives from all branches of the United States military.

For more than 30 years, this star-spangled event has brought Presidents Day celebrations to the community. The event promotes patriotism and good values, and spotlights Junior ROTC, California Cadet and other programs.

Set amidst sweeping vistas, patriotic statues and re-creations of historic American buildings, this year&amp;rsquo;s event featured a Warbirds flyby in the missing man formation, as well as artillery and firearm salutes. Soldiers, sailors, Marines and Air Force personnel held the Massing of the Colors, with displays representing their respective service branches. The Blue Eagles Honor Guard from Edwards Air Force Base led the parade and executed ceremonial honors. Color guards in uniform presented a remarkable patriotic image.

The entire parade event lasted approximately one hour and concluded with a patriotic firearms salute via a musket volley. In addition, the California Historical Military Museum displayed historic and contemporary artifacts used by the military in California.

In other news, Forest Lawn Memorial-Parks &amp;amp; Mortuaries appointed Temo Celis as its Glendale vice president. Since 1995, Celis has served as a memorial counselor, vault plant supervisor, interment supervisor and crematory manager for Forest Lawn. A licensed cemetery manager and crematory manager, Celis will oversee the daily operations of Forest Lawn &amp;ndash; Glendale&amp;rsquo;s combination mortuary-cemetery, which serves 1,600 families annually.

&amp;ldquo;Over his 30-year career with Forest Lawn, Temo has been a highly respected, hardworking and incredibly knowledgeable member of our management team,&amp;rdquo; said Darin Drabing, Forest Lawn president and CEO. &amp;ldquo;He has demonstrated sincere commitment to his work and to our communities, and we are beyond proud to have him take on this new leadership position in our Glendale park.&amp;rdquo;

    <description>Employees from locally owned and operated Larkin Mortuaries &amp;amp; Cemeteries (Salt Lake City) donated more than 100 volunteer hours to The Salvation Army Angel Tree Warehouse on December 15, 2025. Volunteers sorted items that were then distributed to individuals and families in need throughout the community.

The Salvation Army&amp;rsquo;s Angel Tree Program provides Christmas assistance to families living below federal poverty guidelines. The program serves children ages 12 and under &amp;ndash; known as &amp;ldquo;Angels.&amp;rdquo; The goal is for each child to receive a warm coat, clothing, shoes and a toy during the holiday season. This past Christmas, the Angel Tree Program provided assistance to 2,389 children, 1,398 seniors and 14 families through the Adopt-a-Family Program.

In addition, Larkin hosted a food drive for The Salvation Army in partnership with students from Canyons Technical Education Center during its annual Live Nativity Open House on December 11, 2025. Community members donated 4,157 pounds of nutritious nonperishable food items to support those facing hunger in the community.

&amp;ldquo;We are extremely grateful to the employees of Larkin Mortuary for sponsoring a successful food drive, and assisting with sorting, packaging and organizing clothing and gifts for children and seniors in need,&amp;rdquo; said Major Keith Bottjen of The Salvation Army Salt Lake City Corps. &amp;ldquo;Volunteer service is invaluable to the success of our programs, helping us operate efficiently, reduce staffing costs and ensure Christmas is special for those we serve.&amp;rdquo; LarkinMortuary.com

    <link>https://convention.nfda.org/news/in-the-news/members-in-the-news/id/10022/life-forest-cemetery-is-nationally-recognized-as-favorite-cemetery</link>
    <description>Life Forest Cemetery (Hillsborough) was recently named the TalkDeath Readers&amp;rsquo; Choice &amp;ldquo;Favorite Cemetery in 2025.&amp;rdquo; This national recognition reflects strong public support for the cemetery&amp;rsquo;s approach to burial, memorialization and land conservation.

The annual TalkDeath Readers&amp;rsquo; Choice Awards highlight organizations that are shaping the future of death and burial via thoughtful, ethical and community-centered practices. TalkDeath is widely recognized as a leading platform for death-positive education and public engagement.

In addition to the top cemetery honor, Life Forest was ranked No. 3 in &amp;ldquo;Mission Driven or Mutual Aid Effort&amp;rdquo; for its Guardianship Burial Program. This initiative provides dignified burial and memorialization for individuals who die while under the guardianship of the state of New Hampshire and have no one to claim their remains. Burials are offered on a sliding-scale basis, and many are provided at no cost. All burial sites are GPS-mapped and deed-
recorded so relatives and friends can locate memorials in the future. In several cases, individuals have located long-lost family members through Life Forest&amp;rsquo;s records. TheLifeForest.com

    <title>Anderson-McQueen Funeral Homes Unveils Renovation Plan </title>
    <link>https://convention.nfda.org/news/in-the-news/members-in-the-news/id/10021/anderson-mcqueen-funeral-homes-unveils-renovation-plan</link>
    <description>On January 23, the team at Anderson-McQueen Funeral Homes (St. Petersburg) joined Mayor Kenneth T. Welch to unveil a nearly $1 million reinvestment in the Tyrone Family Tribute Center at 7820 38th Avenue North. The project preserves the funeral home&amp;rsquo;s legacy of delivering dignity, choice and affordability during life&amp;rsquo;s most difficult moments. It also ensures Anderson-McQueen can continue to meet the evolving needs of Pinellas County families.

Although the renovation was initiated to address damage caused by Hurricane Milton in October 2024, Anderson-McQueen viewed the project as an opportunity to strengthen the facility for the future. The renovation introduced a cohesive design approach, resulting in an environment that is durable, consistent and purpose-driven. The redesigned spaces go far beyond what residents would expect from a traditional funeral home and include a thoughtfully designed area for children of all ages, improved facilities for pet-cremation services, and an upgraded care and cremation-viewing center.

During the grand reopening celebration and open house, community members and local leaders toured the newly renovated facility. Additionally, St. Petersburg Area Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Chris Steinocher, Mayor Welch and Anderson-McQueen leaders held a ribbon-cutting ceremony that included brief remarks. The event had a silent auction to help the Gulfside Center for Hospice Care expand its services to Pinellas County, as well.

Throughout the event, Anderson-McQueen&amp;rsquo;s community partners were on-site to offer resources and engage in conversation about healthcare, grief support and end-of-life planning. AltogetherFuneral.com/Locations/Florida

    <description>On March 21, Forest Lawn Memorial-Parks &amp;amp; Mortuaries (Glendale) held an opening reception at Forest Lawn Museum to launch its latest exhibition, &amp;ldquo;Convergence: Contemporary Artists of Armenian Descent.&amp;rdquo; Open to the public until August 9, 2026, &amp;ldquo;Convergence&amp;rdquo; showcases the work of more than 20 contemporary artists of the Armenian movement and offers a glimpse into the innovative practices shaping today&amp;rsquo;s artistic landscape.

Armenian communities are scattered around the globe, and a large population lives in Southern California. For decades, Glendale and the surrounding neighborhoods have been a major center of Armenian culture. Because it brings together a diverse group of artists, &amp;ldquo;Convergence&amp;rdquo; serves as a conceptual framework rather than a rigid thematic focus. The exhibition highlights shared heritage and the unique ways it influences creativity. &amp;ldquo;Convergence&amp;rdquo; serves as a profound exploration of resilience and identity.

Drawing from a variety of influences, the works featured in &amp;ldquo;Convergence&amp;rdquo; reflect a kaleidoscope of perspectives, inviting viewers to explore the intersection of culture, identity and the human experience in a rapidly evolving world. The exhibition features painting, sculpture, video, photography and other forms of artistic expression.

&amp;ldquo;Convergence&amp;rdquo; contains work by Martiros Adalian, Tina Chakarian, Aroussiak Gabrielian, Charles Garabedian, Sophia Gasparian, Liana Grigoryan, Kaloust Guedel, Charlie Hachadourian, Alex Hedison, Armineh Hovanesian, Narine Isajanyan, Gegam Kacherian, Farrah Karapetian, Nina Katchadourian, Bari Luis, Sossi Madzounian, Ara Mgrdichian, Alina Mnatsakanian, Hagop Najarian, Arshak Nazarian, Ara Oshagan, Larisa Safaryan, Aram Saroyan, She Loves Collective, Alysse Stepanian, Gagik Vardanyan, Harry Vorperian, Zadik Zadikian and Zareh.
