Check-In & Authorization 
At check-in, credit cards will be authorized for room, tax, resort activities fee, and parking, and $100 incidental authorization per night. 

If an attendee’s school district, company, or organization is covering their room and/or charges, payment arrangements can be handled in advance through the Reservations Department and will most likely require an authorization form. Completing this ahead of time will help streamline the check-in process on arrival.

Attendees may pre-register for arrival using the app. They will be prompted to upload their ID and enter a credit card.  

Guests may also choose to complete check-in traditionally at the front desk and download the app afterward to access resort maps, daily activities, and any custom messaging you may wish to send. 

Check-In Time 
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Guests arriving early may pre-register and enjoy the resort by picking up wristbands from the front desk or concierge if their room is not yet ready. 

Resort Location Reminder 
Guests must check in at the resort listed on their reservation confirmation. Check-in cannot be completed at the alternate resort. 

If using rideshare services, please note that searching “TradeWinds” often auto-populates the Island Grand address. 

Additional Notes 
The entire resort is a cashless property. 

Golf cart shuttle service is available across the entire property; bellman will be available to drive attendees back and forth if/when needed.

Rooms may be reserved in the NFDA block for a discounted rate of $209/night (+ $55 resort fee and taxes). Rooms are available at both the Island Grand and RumFish Beach Resort. To confirm a reservation, a first night's deposit must be paid.
